PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES –

  • Prepare investment and insurance applications and other administrative paperwork.
  • Manage “business in motion”.

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES –

  • Set appointments with clients / prospects and manage meeting logistics.
  • Research and respond to outstanding client issues or service requests.
  • Provide administrative support during our financial planning process.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing projects.
  • Provide financial planning, investment and estate planning research and analysis.
  • Maintain reporting systems related to clients, assets and production.
  • Basic administrative responsibilities including copying, faxing, and filing.

  • Strong attention to detail and ensuring accuracy of forms, reports and database information

  • Effective problem-solving skills to resolve routine client questions
  • Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
  • Willingness to constantly learn in an ever-changing industry
  • Microsoft Office experience required and CRM (Redtail) experience a plus.
